Everything was clean from the property to the room and everything and I like the way how you have to have a parking sticker or something in your window for you to park so other people cannot park or be trespassing

Mattresses infected with bedbugs! I was on Room #105 for the first night, got moved to room 107 but both rooms or beds have bedbugs!!! Don't stay there.

Not handicap accesible and dirty

At check in i explaimed we needed a 1st floor room due to my fiancés back surgery. They said they had none ( would appear long term residents have all of those) and said we have an elevator to the second floor. We took that room. Saw a few roaches scury down the drain and a strange bloody spot in the bathroom. When we tried to leave we found that the elevator buttons to call it to the second floor didn't work at all. I had to go down the stairs and then ride the elevator up to the 2nd floor to leave. We were under the impression that it was the only elevator. We found on checkout that they're we another at the very end also apparently. Checkout clerk didn't seem concerned about the elevator buttons when we told him. The bottom of the outside facing door also did not seal at all. Not impressed and wont stay again.
