Would stay here again. The front desk staff were great. The room was clean and free of any smells and the ac was nice and cold. The breakfasts were magnificent... very good choice of a variety of foods. If you need a microwave, you'll have to use the one in the breakfast area that is available at any time. The towels are kept in the top of the shower so you don't have to step out and get cold before you grab a towel. That was a nice touch. My only real complaint is the elevator was a bit of a sauna.

Pros: The staff are helpful & cheerful! The room was clean & comfortable, good hot water in the showers and faucet, enough parking & safe surroundings. Had enough towels & soap for four for a four day stay. Complimentary breakfast was basic, but sufficient. There were plenty of restaurants, pharmacies & attractions within short driving distance. Cons: There was no complimentary drinking water in the fridge (at Costco it only costs $0.25 per bottle). On arrival after a long trip had to go to the front desk for this, which charges $3.75 for a small bottle of water!!! The coffee machine in the room was a little dirty on the inside, so did not use it though the room had complimentary coffee & tea bags. Conclusion: Hyatt should do the little things to improve customer satisfaction - couple of bottles of water for guests when they first arrive, clean coffee pots, etc. In any case, I would definitely consider this hotel again. I recommend a stay here for budget travelers. Overall we had a good experience.

Room we stayed in definitely needed TLC. There was still a dried urine stain on the toilet seat upon arrival.. Sink also had way too much water pressure and would spray in different directions if turned on too much. If a urine stain was missed on the toilet, how much could I trust the cleanliness of the rest of the room? Mini fridge's legs were also INCREDIBLY uneven and rocked like crazy.
