Terrible service.

After approaching the. Heck in desk, it took about 29 minutes for me to get a key card and go to my room. After asking why it was taken so long ( the attendant had made multiple trips up the elevator to “check rooms” I was given attitude and a dirty look. Didn’t even want to tell me what room number I was in after giving me the key card. Most unprofessional hotel greeting I’ve ever experienced.

Exactly what you would expect from a national budget chain. Clean room, comfortable, a little worn. Amenities were adequate and the breakfast was surprisingly better than expected. Staff was helpful and efficient.

No water pressure in the shower. Shower doors wouldnt stay shut. Bed VERY uncomfortable with HUGE dip in middle. My husband and I kept rolling to the middle of the bed. No way to do laundry on site. You get the bare minimum in this clean hotel.
