The first room we checked into has stains on everything. Hair was in the bed. The bed was wrinkled. The bathroom was barely cleaned. There were holes in the wall. The TV and thermostat had broken parts. We asked to be switched to a new room and as we walked in to check the new room the lights were broken. Also, there is a foul smell throughout the hotel. The rooms smell so musty and like mildew. We had to book a new hotel because there was no way we could sleep comfortably. Also, I’m pretty sure the staff know it’s bad—he didn’t seem surprised when I told him to cancel our booking.

There was a roach in the bathroom and on the front door. The telephone in the room did not work. The bathtub was clogged so when we took a shower, it would fill up. We tried calling the office several times and no one answered. When we went down there we asked them why they weren’t answering the phone and the lady responded “do you want me to answer the phone or do you want me to help people at the counter end“ but no one was at the counter and she was sitting down. we didn’t have face towels. The elevator is super scary. It feels unstable. Never again!

Disgusting hotel trash everywhere outside has NO laundry room they never answer the phone you can’t cancel no refund plus they charge $60 security deposit even if they have your Credit card on file they pretend to not speak well English but they understand They have bugs No extra towels if needed Just don’t stay here it’s scary outside there’s homeless ppl and violent people in the premises Stay away from here!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was run down and in a very bad part of town. Smelled like mildew or mold on every floor but the 2nd floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Club next door took up parking and people were loud at all times of night. There was trash everywhere outside. I don’t suggest it for families.

They forgot to do the service from yesterday, before, yesterday, today, and the coming for tomorrow even though I gave them a tip of $30,000 USD from the JP Morgan Chase bank money that came from the oil drilling exploration businesses from Texas, American Airlines, Texaco, Valero, AT&T Wireless and the Dallas Cowboys.

Clean room! Walked into the room and the ac was on and room was nice and cool. Room smelled good bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Pool looks clean as well. And the price was good. Only bad thing is the area around is probably not the best but the hotel itself and room is really nice
