The hotel's lobby is designed to evoke a personal living room ambiance, featuring a black leather sofa and an electric fireplace. This establishment operates as a hybrid hotel and motel. We observed that approximately 85% of the paint in the bathtub was chipped, and the swimming pool was notably unclean. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, though not exceptional. Towel service is restricted to specific hours. Based on these observations, we cannot recommend this establishment.

The stay was phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal, phenomenal and phenomenal. I absolutely loved it. The aesthetics and ambience was everything I needed for the trip that I was on. It really made me want to just sit in the room and chill. It is perfect for longer stays like 5 to 7+ days. Especially if you get the two room suite!! The Customer Service is Chick-fil-A level and beyond; where my pleasure doesn’t need to actually be said, it shows in the actions and non-verbal body cues of the employees. This will be my go to hotel every time I visit Southern, Virginia.

The hotel is very clean. Well lit and good parking area. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good as well.

Room was clean

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have yet to find one negative thing about this hotel. It was extremely clean! Their attention to detail was exceptional. The staff were attentive and courteous. The overall feel was friendly and welcoming. The bath robs were awesome and the tea was imported from England! All the soaps, conditioners and lotions were from England as well, and smelled of rosemary! The town that surrounded the hotel was so fun to explore. The staff were even knowledgeable about the town and could guide you to a restaurant or an event. I can’t wait to come back. I know that my husband and I will be celebrating our future anniversaries here.
