Room was very nice, and the auto switching HVAC unit between heat and cool to maintain a comfortable temperature was an unexpected luxury. Noticeable blue tinge on the right side of the TV, especially noticeable on black and white content. Not correctable with TV settings. Very pleasant experience overall.

The Scotsman Hotel is the best stay I've had in years! The staff were bending over backwards to help with every arrangement we could imagine. They provided bikes for a nice excursion around town and breakfast was 10 out of 10 every morning. This was the most relaxing stay we have ever had. I'm booking again!

This hotel is well positioned for all the major attractions. It is easy to get to from Pearson Airport. We also got the train to airport from Union Station which is only a 15min walk away. The hotel is clean, rooms large, staff very friendly, easy check in/out. The buffet breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day ahead. Restuarant was very well organised and all the staff were friendly in there. Would definetly recommend this hotel 100%

Good steakhouse, great hot tub, room was clean and bed was comfortable, thanks
