This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to try to charge extra for everything. I originally booked a room for one person, but it was already a double-bed room. Before arriving, I asked if I could add another guest, and they told me it was no problem. When I checked in, I also asked to extend my stay by one more night and wanted to pay everything immediately. The receptionist told me to come back the next day instead. The next day, when I went to pay, they suddenly tried to charge me an additional fee because I had added another guest. The receptionist from the previous day never mentioned this. They then claimed I had to “upgrade” my room, even though they hadn’t moved me to a different room or provided anything better. I ended up arguing with them because it made no sense to charge for an upgrade that never happened. The room itself was also disappointing. It wasn’t clean, it was freezing cold, and the only heater they offered was a tiny portable one that barely worked—and they wanted to charge extra for it. There was almost no privacy because the room had windows facing the hallway, so people could easily see inside. On top of that, the walls were so thin that you could hear everything happening around you. For the price they charge, you’re much better off staying somewhere else. There are far better hotels in the area for just a little more money.

We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, was a challenge at times trying to communicate in English. Hotel was very clean, location is great but can get noisy at time with the traffic so close outside..

Very nice budget hotel. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Note that you have to climb 20 steps. That is the only disadvantage.

Lovely, clean property. Great breakfast. My room was small and a little noisy but thankfully it didn't affect my sleep at all. The bed was very comfy. I appreciated that they held onto my bags after checkout and were willing to help with airport transfer.

Staff super friendly. Breakfast very high quality, healthy and tasty. Showers need running for a few minutes before they get hot but great once it gets going. The location is superb, with the market nearby and many food places. If you need to miss breakfast due to a tour, they will prepare you a bag with a sandwich and fruit. 24 hours reception. Some things could do with refreshing, for example the bathroom tap needs its tap head replaced. Housekeeping could be earlier - they didn’t manage to clean in the 3 days we were there but could be unlucky timing. All in all, very highly recommended!
