The check in process was very confusing but the visa

Clean area, fun activities, great stay!

It started with us booking at yacht Harborand not having any idea that that was not on property until after we booked. Your reservations people were great, but that was the only good part of our entire . The jacuzzi didn’t work at condo , we called several times and twice I was told they were sending a tech out and nobody showed. The actual resort was nowhere near what we expected it to be via pictures online. The bathrooms at pool were so dirty and dingy. The lazy river was super small compared to pics. The pools were not cleaned well. We got to resort from condo at 11am Saturday and nowhere to sit by ANY pools. I called and person on phone said “we only have so many chairs, sorry”. Condo rooms were fine but outdated. Not enough towels at condo- had to call. We would not stay here again for the price we paid and we weren’t even on property. My brother and sister in law stayed at same place in diff room and felt the exact same way as we did with all of this. Super disappointed

Rooms were clean, AC worked great, housekeeping done on request, and breakfast was good. The only thing that I did not like was the walk to the beach. I've been coming to Jekyll Island for many years and have stayed in different hotels. Most have a wooden stairway/walkway/deck that leads all the way to the beach. This one has 2 sets of wooden walkways but are separated by steep, deep, EXTREMELY HOT sand. No solid walkway all the way to the start of the beach. This made it very difficult to walk to and from the beach, even with shoes. Will mostly not stay here again because of the walk.

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—modern, spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were incredible! There was so much to do within the community that we hardly needed to leave. Everything was well maintained, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated all the thoughtful touches inside the apartment, like the snacks, cups, and the washer and dryer, which made our stay so convenient. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay!
