We had an excellent stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and many attractions. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away, which made our trip so convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Clean room, staff very attentive.

Our room only had two pillows for two beds, ac didn’t work, carpet and overall looks pretty worn out, we were moved to another room but also my daughter’s room didn’t have enough towels and no shower curtain. We called several times but nothing until we had to go in person to be attended. The price is too high for the rooms and the condition they are in; very disappointed since I stayed in another Hampton in Torreón and it was very different hotel quality.

Location was great and had easy access to main streets.
