Safety is a real issue. I had someone knocking on my door. The person was either intoxicated or demented. But not sure how they even got on my floor. Not the safest area.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Stamford / New York City
Under construction. One side of the hotel is about 10 feet from 95, so road noise is brutal. Had to switch to a different room after the first night of a 3 night stay. Zero maid service for 3 days. TV stopped working, tub was nasty. Basically a roach motel for $125 per night. Never again
