Just old and worn.pictures on website appeared nicer than reality. Breakfast was great.Room carpet needed replacing 20 years ago. One of the beds had a definite swail. Light between beds did not work. Toilet was so low that you felt like you were sitting on a foot stool. Odd smell in room. Breakfast was surprisingly good, eggs,bacon,sausage, juice,hashbrowns,etc, some fresh fruit and cereal,pancakes & waffles. So room bad breakfast good. Old motel.

The place is tired. It needs a renovation. I tried 3 rooms before I found one that didnt smell of cigar smoke. Nyack has become a biker town, and if you don’t mind a Hells Angel’s reunion nightly, there’s a lively downtown with good food choices. It can be noisy late into the evening and being off of Main st. You will hear it. Breakfast was a savings grace. Hot/ cold and fresh with decent(?) coffee. Bottom line; it’s relatively inexpensive and good for a night if you’re connect to another place and need to be close to the throughway and I95. Just be prepared to hit lots of traffic if you’re leaving during rush hour. A bit sketchy location but I never felt threatened. I’d stay again but I would only do one night. The shower pressure was great and the tub was new. Room 106.

The room reeked of mildew or molds. There was Blood or some sort of blood stain on the bedding. I was so disappointed upon entering my room. The bathroom was also dirty. Breakfast was limited. I will not book at this place again.

First room, MOLDY! When we were another. We went to check it out. While in the room. Another hotel guest, used a key and just came in. We took that room. We lugged all of our belongings there. And could not get in. The key was deactivated! We had to lug everything back to the moldy room. And sort it out!
