Very dirty. Crackheads everywhere. Stained bedding. Didn’t stay. Booked a different hotel.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. All shifts were attentive to our teams needs. The free warm cookies were a plus. Great hotel accommodations and will stay here again in the future.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, so we could enjoy the swim in the heat of the summer. If we had known the pool wasn't ready to use, we would have booked somewhere else. We were never informed it would be unavailable. Is there anything the hotel can do to make this right? Thank you.

Ask for room service an a comforter for bed,bed was hard left for the day came back around 4:00. No room service call front desk talked to them they didn’t know about room service. But the lady took care of the problem

We showed up an hour after check in time and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and wasn’t ready. We were offered another room but was warned beforehand that it “smells musty”. We were told it would be at least another hour until our room would be available. Temps were around 100 degrees and we had nowhere else to wait, so we ended up burning our one key cash just to get a room somewhere else. There are a lot of great reviews here, and it’s unfortunate that we can’t leave one. Hopefully our experience was a one off.

Whole hotel has odors. Pine sol ish in the lobby, then rooms smell wet and it like mold/mildew. Beds are very hard. Carpets dirty. Sofa in room was stained and dirty. Just feels dirty. Fitness area is small and only includes dumbbells up to 45 and treadmills. Pool and the area around was not cleaned in the entire 2 nights I was there. Also didn’t appear the filters were functioning properly as the water remained still when no one was in the pool. Breakfast was microwaved eggs and microwaved sausage. Biscuits and gravy appeared to be put out for a second morning, and the pastries most definently re used a second day. Nothing tasted good or fresh.
