Walls are paper thin, room next door woke up at 6AM and you could hear every word. No shower curtain which is weird and one set of towels went to reception twice no one there.

Room was clean but maintenance was lacking in a big way ! The receptionist was so nice when we checked in 💕 We were given a room right by the elevator… hotel was not full .. decision like that make no sense to me . Yes we booked by a third party but if you ever want me to call you directly… wow me the first time !!! Windows were very dirty with bird poop … carpet in the hallways needed a good cleaning desperately!!! Sorry to say , not worth the price we paid and would not recommend.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Lizard Creek Lodge. Beautiful weather, fabulous mountain views, spacious rooms and very kind staff. Maintenance of the hot tubs seems to be a problem as there was no whirlpools/jacuzzi available. The small hot tub in our building was out of service our entire stay while the main hot tub had no whirlpool, just heated water.

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

The room was good enough and fair for the price for the amount of people. The breakfast was pretty good and simple but there was plenty enough. The room was very clean and had some nice amenities such as the small fridge and microwave. Decent enough for a one night stay. The only minor complaint was the pillows were a bit hard. One note is that you have to tolerant of the traffic noise as the hotel is right next to the highway. The checkout process was pretty easy. Nearby is a subway, a steakhouse and a bistro. Other places to eat are not too far.
