The room was comfortable, the in-unit washer/dryer was an amazing amenity to have. It's right in the heart of downtown, close to pretty much everything you could want or need. I would stay there again.

Our room was not ready when we were promised. The staff were rude and unresponsive. Expedia refused to be give us a refund so we were forced to stay there. The sheets felt like sand paper. You could hear every single sound/word spoken in the building and outside. Would never stay there again.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly well located. I may suggest to have more variety in the breakfast. The staff was always very helpful.

Nice apartment in old Montreal. Super center so sometime it can be a little bit noisy but nothing manageable
