Stayed only a night but it was good. Location was about 10 minutes from the airport which was our requirement. Receptionists were very helpful and kind.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. But the check in time was a little late in the day and the check out time is a little too early in the day. The manager was lovely.

3/5 ⭐️ We stayed here for 3 nights, and overall, the hotel was just okay. For the price we paid, I expected more and didn’t feel that it lived up to the 4-star rating. The building is older, but it’s generally well maintained for the most part. The biggest issue for me was the bed — it was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on a rock, and I had a really hard time getting comfortable and sleeping. Maybe I’m just not used to that type of mattress, but it definitely affected my stay. The location is not right in the heart of the city center, but it’s still walkable. It was about a 25–30 minute walk to the main central areas, and there are plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby, which was convenient. Overall, I’d personally rate this more as a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star. Nothing was particularly wrong with the hotel, but considering the price, I expected a higher level of comfort and overall experience. It was fine for a 3-night stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again at the same price point.

Everything about our stay was excellent and the houseboat was such a unique experience, much more interesting than a traditional hotel accommodation. We enjoyed our stay, as short as it was— just one night.

A truly jaw dropping hotel, built around Roman ruins, there is nothing like it. We were lucky enough to get a Heritage Suite which had double groin vaulted ceiling in Roman brick which was incredible. The pool outside is beautiful and the surrounding deck seating is great, the only thing that needed maintenance was the pool itself as the tiles were popping off the pool floor. The spa facilities were wonderful. Again the side of the indoor pool is foundations of Roman ruins and the amenities were incredibly calming and peaceful. If you have an opportunity to book a spa service I highly recommend it. We did a full body massage, a body scrub, and a facial and I’ll tell you I have never felt more relaxed. Overall a 9.8/10 truly amazing and very friendly staff!
