The hotel was such a cute little space to stay. We went with our kids, and it was perfect! There’s also a coffee shop on the bottom floor that is open early and closes late so it’s perfect for early morning coffee and any late night cravings!

The room was very nice and had nice views. There was a lot of street noise though. Also would have liked a better description of the room as it would pertain to the floor level and bedrooms. Great location and very attentive staff! Very accommodating!

Loved the sanctuary tower. Excellent service at a brand new resort.

Made us change hotels due to maintenance issues. However was upgraded to a wonderful room at another Hotel they owned with a killer view.

We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm due to the weather being extreamly hot.

Great food. I don't like rooms in just opened new building. Old half much better rooms and bigger balconies.
