Room was more spacious than the photos, we booked a room with 2 queen/double beds. Everything about the room was great, well designed, spacious for two people adn super comfortable. I slept very well. We attended a event at the new convention centre taht it is connected to and it was raining outside luckily we could just walk less than a minute through the sky bridge. Perfect location for us

Public or non guests found there way into hotel levels? 2 guys knocking on random doors to get in. Safety first. Had seen security through my stay but not this night. Main thing my family and other family’s were safe from these idiots roaming around. I notified your staff at the time and trusted sky hotel’s process. Thanks had a great time besides this issue.

Arrived at 3am with tired kids but check-in was easy and friendly. Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable. It was very difficult to move around in the room with the pull-out sofa bed extended. Quite a rabbit warren to find the room with no lift access to our floor. Made us a bit nervous about fire safety. No air conditioning and heaters were off so the room was very cold on arrival which was a shame as it was a very cold night in mid winter.
