Ummm..not exactly what I imagined in terms of lobby and breakfast. The king suite was booked and the room was spacious/updated.

The space was really nice with plenty of room to relax after a long day. Parking was great as well.

Great for entire family. Lots of room with space for quiet time. Not enough toiletries, ran out first day which was disappointing

The parking was adequate but not plentiful. The rooms seemed clean but had a funny smell. The AC unit barely worked and was also very musty smelling. The biggest concerns was the area. There was a robbery and a shooting nearby in the night. Watching the crackheads/methheads/tranqs ect. on the street from our room view was also concerning, as they were making there way into the parking lot. I know this is not a hotel issue, however this is something to keep in mind. I would suggest staying well outside of Memphis as this is a widespread issue in the area.

When we arrived we were told the AC in our room wasn’t working and they were oversold. They had rebooked us in a hotel down the road. They didn’t offer any other options, ask us if we preferred to stay without the AC in the room or provide us with any compensation.
