Great location, clean room and very helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast.

The staff are very helpful & friendly. It's conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, night-life & public transport links. The room was spacious with a handy kitchenette. It was very clean too.

Couldn't fault any part of our stay from the helpful reception staff to the good quality of the apartment.

Our stay was fine, the room was comfortable though the king bed was unexpectedly lumpy. The breakfast was good though the scrambled eggs were a bit runny.

At the check-in they would first not recognise my pin number. I tried twice, and then a woman from the office came and told the staff that the transaction had to be done manually. The next morning, they did not have a record of my free breakfast. I went upstairs to my room to get the Expedia confirmation, and then they rang me, and told me that I was entitled to the free breakfast. The room was nice and roomy. The grab-bars were well placed. The fridge was chock-a-block full with liquor, etc. I don't drink alcohol. It upset me that there was hardly any place left for me to put anything in. The staff was a mix of friendly, helpful people, to staff that rather had another job. The neglected surrounding of the area of the hotel created the general impression of an hotel that had seen better times. Not the place to be when you are there for shopping and for tours (if available).
