Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was so beautiful! The city view was so stunning, with incredible waterfront views and a massive balcony seeing the full harbour. The staff and service was exceptional. Everyone was genuinely nice, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!! We had a lovely stay, we were only staying for 1 night for a show at her Majesty's Theatre but would have loved to stay longer. The staff were really friendly and the service was great, and their evening happy hour including a free drink was a really nice touch to our evening. The location is excellant and close to many restaruants and chinatown if you are looking for a nice place to stay, have dinner and a show at the theatre nearby

We had a wonderful stay at Collins House Apartment. The staff- Rumesha, Oshen and Kylee were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making us feel well looked after from check-in to departure. The apartment itself was quiet, spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The modern interior created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and it was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Collins House Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to stay in Melbourne.
