Good property located on main road so a little bit noisy . Restaurants and bar adjacent .

No door on bedroom directly off lounge area. This meant no privacy or difficult to stay up late as TV would disturb guests in that bedroom. May be tolerable for a 1 or 2 night stay not 5 nights. Reception was not attended, tried to pay 3 times!

We really loved staying here. Great facilities like the waterpark, pool, and jumping pillow. They also had little karts and e-bikes you could hire for an additional fee. The playground was a bit old and run down. Rooms were tidy and beds were super comfortable but some of the furniture like the chairs in the kitchen were a bit old and dirty. Otherwise well maintained and clean. Staff were always friendly and helpful. You can take a public bus for 50c just outside the hotel in both directions so can easily get into town, the port of airlie or shute harbour, or further out to Cannonvale. Maps and timetables available. Also the Northerlies Beach Bar and Grill will do free shuttles out to their beautiful venue. Some tours will also provide free shuttles to the marina for their activities. Others charge a fee. Overall a great stay. We stayed in a superior 1 bedroom cabin which was spacious for us and actually has a sliding door separating the main living room from it, and another separating it from the main bedroom with queen bed. Toilet/bathroom comes off the small area with the bunk as well.

Parking safe and easy. Room tastefully decorated. Pool area clean and welcoming.

TV remote was difficult but help of staff we found out how to work it. Noise from bar across road was quite loud but quiten down by 10pm. My major complaint is water pressure it was very poor in hand basin and shower. The only good thing about shower is that it was wet. There was also no place in the shower to put soap, shampoo or face cloth.

Well equipped and maintained accommodation.

This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views. The resort is highly recommended!
