I woke up to ants in my bed, refrigerator and night stand. I was very disappointed as I only needed the room for a layover as a driver. I had to throw my food out and was just very disgusted by this property.

The service was very friendly, and the location is perfect if you're going to be using the subway, as it's only a two-minute walk. The hotel needs remodeling, the cold breakfast is meager, and the snacks served during happy hour are completely unhealthy—chips, cereal, and cookies.

The staff we interacted with was amazing. Sadly in our 4 day/3 night stay- we never had our room refreshed once. We had to go looking for fresh towels, coffee pods & toilet paper. That was unfortunate. Having said that- the facility was clean & centrally located & we were otherwise worry free.
