My old colllege chum and I had a late arrival. I arrive very late and checked in with no problem. They gave us two free drink tickets each and I found the room. The room was nice and cool. The ammenities included Aveeno soap in the bathroom which was clean. As fars as the staff, they were relaxing. The Spa was great too, I enjoyed it so much, I went twice for a deep tissue massage.

The hotel is in the perfect location at the West end of the New board walk. The second floor pool over looks the ocean as well as all the activity along the walk. They have a good restaurant attached but there are several places to choose from to eat within a few steps. You will be Steps to everything. 2 places to go diving or tour sailing, snorkeling, swimming, shopping, or my favorite, the historical sites. The fort where Alex Hamilton's mom was locked up or the scale house where he worked is less than a 3 minute walk. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They all work very hard to make your stay nice. They will call you a cab, find you a store, or in my case, find my phone when I lost it in a cab on the way from the airport.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the old section and loved the old world vibe. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. No elevator, hard on bad knees, and very limited TV, like 5 channels, cnn, espn, usa and 2 others. No network channels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay - right on the beach and loved waking up to the sound of the ocean.
For the price the establishment was very nice - food amazing and staff was very friendly and smiles from all.
Will definitely be returning.

We stayed at hotel on the cay for 4 nights and had a positive experience. The location is excellent with a fun boat ride to and from the hotel. There were egrets nests, lizards and birds to admire on the property.

The owner/manager was extremely kind as was any other staff I dealt with. My room was great with the exception of the AC being stuck at 62 degrees. I didn't make much of an effort to have them fix it though in all fairness. It was very clean and I had a great ocean view. The beach was beautiful and there is a long open stretch of it for a nice walk. The only drawback to the place was really the location. You have to rely on taking a taxi or driving to really do anything as there aren't any sidewalks leading to anywhere. Sometimes I felt a little stuck on the resort.

A very friendly hotel, very close to the wharf restaurants and to the town. The rooms are basic, but clean, and there is an excellent breakfast cafe next door. There were two big rainstorms during my stay: the first caused loss of electricity and wifi for several hours; the second, loss of water, electricity and wifi. This was not just affecting the hotel, but rather the whole strip.
