This is the worst place to book - I had a booking and I got told about a leaking ceiling on the day I check in 3h before and then I asked for a refund and never received it it’s been 3 months.

This is an excellent hotel in a lovely setting. Our room was very comfortable & clean with 2 armchairs that you don’t usually get in other hotels. All the staff are very polite, friendly & efficient. The restaurant, bar & lounge areas are nicely decorated & comfortable.

Room was tidy and clean. Kitchen was perfect to use.

Lightning could be brighter

This is a unique high class establishment a 10 minute walk to the centre of Leeds. Its rooms are brilliantly laid out and appointed. The manager is most helpful, making it a very pleasant stay.
