The entertainment was nice - there was a lot of variety. The food was really good. The staff were also very nice. The only problems we had were that the elevator was making a lot of noise and malfunctioning and the back parts of the hotel was a bit dark at night where we had to walk to there is a need for more lights.

Staff was not friendly or courteous. Check in was horrible and that really sets the tone. There were 2 people checking in on the night we arrived. When it was my turn, he said he would be right back and walked off. Just left me standing there . I waited another 15 fifteen minutes before being checked in. There was a shortage of towels and drinking straws. No beach towels. We went a whole day before we could get towels for our room. I had to call concierge everyday for towels, or soap. Key for the room worked occasionally. We were constantly at the front desked getting it rekeyed. There was only one place to eat breakfast and that was at the buffet. Food and service at some of the restaurants was horrible. Beautiful resort just horrible customer service. The driver from theTour service that picked us up from the airport drove like a maniac to the hotel. We thought we were going to die. We were a group of 9 and we travel the world. This was absolutely the worst experience on a vacation we have ever had.

The staff is spot on always friendly and welcoming. If you're fortunate to have Yvette as your room attendant you'll never want for anything! The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. That being said the rooms and hallways are in need of a refresh/update as the humidity and salt air take their toll on materials.Our room was in building 5. The bathtub in the middle of the room is a little strange as well as the privacy curtain for that half of the room. Bed was comfortable and firm. Terrace was smaller with 2 rattan chairs and a table. Views for days! Note if you've booked a swimout in building #5 you willnot have sun until 3pm. The foodtruck near the Dips poolbar has great burgers hotdogs frenchfries and onion rings for the littles or bigs in need of a burgerfix.Overall would book again, in July when the pool was all ours a few days while people were at Carnival.

Hotel is clean. Housekeeping needs to do better, & not leave drink glasses and food plates in the room. My room wasn’t clean for one day I’ve no clue why that happened. The food is okay, drinks are basic. Security stressed me out for a pick up by a local taxi company, had me going back & forth, after the driver was refused entry to pick me up at the lobby. I understand there are policies in place however, if a front desk rep is attempting to assist by calling security to have the driver come to the lobby, for her to be told by security supervisor “don’t let that happen again” is very rude knowing there was no golf cart to take me up to the main entrance. A bellboy tried to help by having me board a bus only to find my driver left because they wouldn’t allow him on the premises. I had to call the cab company to have the driver return to the hotel. It was a very frustrating experience for me.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The room was very clean and comfy... the only issue I had was that the television wouldn't play any channels.... I called several times for them to fix the issue... and it was not fixed until late morning... had to wait for IT to come in.

this resort had the worst service from the moment we got there. It took two hours from the airport to get there yet. They had us wait another two hours before they could check us in to our room. We got to our room and our bracelets couldn’t even unlock the door. We were locked out with our luggage. Anytime we would get something to eat. It would be missing things that were listed on the menu. they always ran out of everything including drinks. We ran out of water in our hotel room and requested more from the front desk. You’re lucky if they will even answer the phone when you call down to the front desk in order to reach them, we would have to call and redial about five times and that’s not even me being dramatic. It took three hours for them to deliver water to our room. Water is not accessible. Our room smelled of mildew and we had it moved. Thank you to Victor from guest services for being one of the only helpful people who work there. Beautiful island and we experienced so many sites and some very nice workers but overall, we did not feel welcome. A lot of the people who work there have attitudes and make faces when anyone speaks to them or asks a question. When using the resorts facilities and speaking to the other people who are staying there, everyone was in agreement. If you were to ask anyone who stood there during that time. Last week they would give you the same exact response I’m giving you, even worse.

Had 3 different rooms in first 6 hours. All smelled of significantly of mildew. Otherwise, food options ok. Coffee bar was great. Asian restaurant hibachi chef Adrian was the best part. Workers were pleasant. Drinks were good. Pools were decent. Shows nightly. Gym was clean and provided ample options. Sales people on beach could be annoying at times.

When we arrived we were not greeted the check in line was long there was only one person checking people in. The lobby was dead empty we arrived around 7 pm there was nothing going on. We got to our room it was dirty smelled like mold we had a leak in our bathroom whenever we took showers. The elevator wasn’t working we had to bring up our luggage by stairs. first night we weren’t able to eat at a restaurant we had to eat at the buffet and it was disgusting. The staff were not friendly at all. The resort looks bigger than what it is and really isn’t much to do. The food truck was the best food. The ran out of tequila by 11 am everyday it was just a mess. Def not a party resort either.

The resort had a mixture of staff, one part of the staff was friendly and nice while the other staff seemed as if they were force to work there. Upon arrival they did not take our luggage’s to the room or showed us a map of the resort.

Overall the staff was horrible poor , customer service and poor attitude. Eating at the restaurants with patrons feeding stray cats out the plate they use to serve families. The coffee shop was great but everything else was horrible. Doorman refuse to bring luggage to room stated he was tired.
