My experience at Bel Jou was wonderful, I would've booked an all inclusive trip and i was very impressed by the environment, staff and food. Also, it was 10 mins away from the airport so it was very convenient for me. Overall a wonderful experience

All employees are nice , it was little far from main attractions and beach but they have transportation. Everyone was very helpful, food was great ! Overall I like the hotel .

The property was decent. I felt some of the staff were a little bit rude but Madrina and the day manager were awesome! I didn’t like the quality of hygiene items. And they don’t stock your refrigerator even though it’s all inclusive.

Customer service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Very relaxing hotel. If you are looking for fun, this hotel is very layback not a lot of activity and far from other main hotel. But time well spent, will book again.

Bel Jou is a small, boutique resort. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. The resort shows some wear and tear and the furnishings aren’t the most luxurious, but overall, I was very pleased with my stay. It is situated up on a hill so you get amazing views from anywhere on the property. It does not have beach access but they do provide a shuttle that takes you to the beach and the area market, which is only a 5 minute drive. The service was exceptional. Almost every staff member was friendly and always willing to bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The food was really good and they provide different cuisines daily so you never eat the same thing twice. The drinks were good but it depended on the bartender. The drinks weren’t super watered down like most all-inclusive resorts. The rooms were spacious and clean. Again, not the most luxurious, but functional and comfortable. There were only a few negatives. I’m a side sleeper and the mattresses were pretty hard. I also wish they had a hot tub and provided wrist bands instead of room keys. I’d also suggest putting a Keurig in the coffee bar. Even with the few negatives, I would absolutely stay at Bel Jou again.

The view was excellent and the food was delicious. A shuttle would take you to the beach and pick you up. It would also take you shopping. The tour prices at the hotel were great and really nice. Overall it was a really nice experience.

What we liked most about the hotel was that it was in close proximity to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, down to earth, pleasant and very friendly. The food was great as well as the different activities and entertainment. Rooms were always cleaned. Excellent choice and would definitely be back. Definitely recommended - 10/10

Amazing hotel 10/10 - would def recommend

Solo woman travelling to St Lucia - amazing hotel, great breakfast, food in general and they have a fine dining restaurant that you can book as many times as you want and the menu changes every few days. Room was very clean and spacious - great views - staff were very friendly and warm. Would def rec this hotel - they have evening activities too - shows, karaoke.
