Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The room was spacious and very close to the beach and food places.

Very nice clean modern hotel. Our room had a double bed and sofa bed as well, so slightly larger. Place to hang clothes, but no closet as per older hotels. House cleaning did an excellent job. Bathroom large and quite nice. The good: Employees we dealt with were uniformly nice! Helped us with local restaurants, advice on touring, etc. The cafe had great coffee, a modest happy hour for wine and beer, and very nice "grab and go" sandwiches and salads. The less good: We were hoping for a bucket of ice each day, but one had to go to the downstairs cafe and there, a large plastic cup (or two or three) were offered at no charge, but water and soda had to be bought down there too, as no vending machines on the floors. (Two free small bottles of water on the first day, then tap water or buy some...) Overall, I WOULD definitely recommend the Riu Plaza Times Square! 4.5 stars!

Bri was amazing. They were having trouble with my key and Bri made sure I was able to get inside. I'm very thankful for her. I love staying there. Very nice neighborhood. Very clean. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel has a great atmosphere. The check in lady was very nice she explained everything on details . Beach was just a block from the hotel . Love this hotel and definitely recommend it . Restaurant is downstairs too and very convenient

Sólo que no realizan limpieza en la habitación diaria, pero todo excelente , la ubicación, desayunos , personal muy atento, me encantó!
