Cometí una equivocación al hacer mi reservación (no imputable al hotel ni al intermediario) y recibí todo el apoyo posible del personal de la recepción del hotel, de modo que se resolvió inmediatamente, De principio a fin las atenciones y el servicio fueron más allá de cualquier espectativa. Es un hotel diferente, con una ubicación espectacular, y de verdad te hacen sentir como en casa.
