Property location close to others amenities

My room was large and well-equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff members I interacted with were kind and helpful.

Opus was upscale and in the heart of Yaletown. Easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Also across from a train station, made getting to the airport easy as well. Friendly staff (so friendly!) and a comfortable stay.

Food services were good

Close to airport. Staff got us checked in early when we arrived - close to night market, Costco and other great eats in area. Staff knew we were catching flights and told us about cab avail at all times at front desk (skytrain shuts down from 3-5am) - staff even offered for wake up call upon check in knowing we had an early flight. Very thoughtful and much appreciated.

A nice quiet hotel even though it is on a busy street. Beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods to choose. Staff were very helpful - the shuttle to port was efficient and funny.
