Did not like no daily room cleaning, we should’ve known ahead of time. We do not like showing up at the hotel at 10 o’clock at night and no one is there except a phone which accesses an answering service takes 5 to 10 minutes to respond to tell you that your key is in a safe. Problems with the room such as the room safe not being operable cannot be addressed until days later. Absolutely no service and no help. There was no way this was worth over $350 a night.

Great location! Comfortable room and helpful staff.

May be one of the most lovely “small hotel” we have stayin as we traverse the country over the last 5 years. The rooms were spotless and meticulously upgraded. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. If we weren’t renting a home, we would have stayed a lot longer. The silent gem of The Knob Hill Inn is the Garden and the spectacular dinner we enjoyed. We loved it so much we have been back for dinner already! A 12 on the scale of 1-10!

Bert, Melody and Leticia at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Rosa in housekeeping was excellent. Our room in arrival was very clean
