We spent 3 nights there. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Hotel atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are very stunning! Location is good and in the main hotels road. It is 15 min drive to Tulum city centre. Is good for chill-time and not especial activity like party.

The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.

Property was very nice, the Mayan show was awesome! Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would say that the buffet they have is going to be the best food they have on the resort but the other places were not bad. The main down side would be how rocky the beach was, there was a lot of seaweed when we went but that’s just the season we went in. Overall I’d say the resort was a 9/10

We had an amazing Labor Day weekend stay! The hotel property was beautiful, clean, and full of greenery. The staff was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. The food was very good, and we were especially happy with the breakfast and lunch buffets. We spent most of our time at the beach and absolutely loved that they offered covered cabanas free of charge — such a great perk! Our room was always spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable. Another thing we loved was that all of the restaurants are located in the same area/building, so there was no need to walk around trying to find somewhere to eat. It was so convenient! And of course, I have to mention the ice cream shop — the crepes were SO good! 🍦🥞 We also loved having a separate coffee shop. I kept going back for the iced cappuccino with whipped cream! ☕️😍 The entertainment was also great! We enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, the cabaret, and the fire show 🔥. The only thing I wish they had was more theater shows and entertainment throughout the stay because we really enjoyed the performances and would have loved to see more. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. 10/10 hotel! ❤️
