Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, but does get a bit repetitive if staying more than a few days.

The staff were some of the the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with when traveling. This says a lot as I travel half the year. The food and drinks at the restaurants was wonderful. The one thing I will point out is that the hotel owners need to work on updating broken patio furniture and the hotel as a whole. For what they charge it really was sad to see the hotel looking worn out. Note: we had 4 villas (not really a villa more like room with deck) for 7 days and the air con did not work well in one of the villas. Power was out several times for long periods which meant no water either but we understand this can be typical in the area. The highlight besides the beauty of the area was the staff.

This place was amazing! We will be back next year! Traveling with our Autistic daughter, they helped with so much and treated us like family. Can’t wait to go back. The platinum service and butler service are so worth it! My family is happy and so that means I’m happy. Thank you for the great experience.

It is a beautiful area. The staff is very welcoming
