We've stayed at The Elms a few times over the years and it never disappoints. Beautiful historic property. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are comfortable. Spa services are fantastic. Staff is helpful. Eat off property though and explore the town. Service in the restaurants has not been great for awhile.

Newer property, great location near the river and free streetcar! Parking isn't free so be ready to pay $10.99 per day (in and out access). Staff is really helpful and super friendly!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations. The rooms felt old, the furniture was worn, and the overall property did not match the expectations set online. It wasn’t as clean or well-maintained as I had hoped. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

They had a great breakfast and the complimentary cookies and drinks were a nice surprise.

The hotel seems to have been updated and everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the proximity to the P&L area as well as other downtown sights and the numerous of dining and bar options. VOO is a must if they are having entertainment.
