This is our second visit to Cappadocia First visit was amazing that’s why we loved the area and decided to go again. The staff were nice and helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel location is far, and somehow overpriced we picked it cause of its amenities (spa, outdoor and indoor pool )buyer were so disappointed that indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool was not clean plus whenever we try to schedule the spa we were told that they only take one guest at a time in the whole facility and that means we can’t use the suna or Steam room cause they are always busy, Although during our 2 night stay the hotel looked empty even the breakfast buffet was canceled since there were not enough people in the hotel The room was spacious and clean but no view what so ever, the noise from the road was a little disturbing at night. Somehow disappointing

Unfortunately, nothing at the hotel stood out for me, for me to go back again. I had problems with check in to start. I got an upgrade for my room. The air-conditioning didn't work, the phone didn't work. After talking to reception, where the front desk clerk was extremely rude. After long explanation from me, I got moved to another room, with the exact same problems, except that it was a downgrade, where I didn't even have a closet. The third time, after threatening them with contacting Expedia, finally I got another room, where the air-conditioning and phone both worked. I've been told that the hotel has problems. The breakfast buffet was so bad, that they had cheese that was rancid already. Bread stale, dirty table runners. I watched one of the staff wiping away crumbs from the table with his bare hands,not even a wet cloth. This is the first time in my travels through Turkiye that I came across this kind of problem. My last day, I closed the bathroom door, and when I wanted to open it, it was not budging. I spent more than an hour banging on the door, yelling for help, since I didn't take my cellphone with me. That wouldn't have helped, since noone answered the phone from reception. I really urge Expedia not to promote this hotel as a five star, because it's not deserving even a two star. Thank you.
