We had someone harassing us in the night and hiding under our peephole in the door and calling us pretty and wouldn’t leave us alone. We called front desk about it and eventually cautiously made our way downstairs to talk to the lady and it took nearly 3 hours to be moved to a different room. She belittled our concerns and told an entirely different story to her manager on the phone. It made my sister and I feel very unsafe and they refused to give us our money back when we said we were leaving for the night

Property is beautiful. Room was fantastic. Staff is less than. Kitchen is not well.

Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Parking in the back was very dark but still safe. Would stay here again.

I really liked the property but the bar was a little pricey over $40 for two drinks

The concept is so cute and I love the self check-in and code. The location is great for easy walking to cute cafes and restaurants. The only downsides was that my room was incredibly hot at 80 degrees and when I asked to have it looked it, they kept saying it was fine on their end and that someone was going to check. They at least let me stay in a different room for a night that wasn't as warm but I swear the AC never turned on. I kept taking photos of the temp and it was always the same even though I turned the AC down to the lowest temp. It was really uncomfortable and I just wanted to be able to relax for a day and I was just sweating. Also, it didn't help that you have a couple flight of stairs to go to the rooms and if you have a suitcase it makes for a workout, only to arrive in a sauna room.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Will stay again when in the area

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever seen and very pleasant decor. Nice linens, good TV. I didn't use the Jacuzzi, but would have if I had a more leisurely trip. Walkable location and it felt safe. The breakfast choices were great, but are only available 8-10 AM, so that got my day off to a bit of a late start.
