Clean room, Breakfaat perfect

The hotel was okay overall. The beds were very comfortable, although the rooms felt quite dark. Unfortunately, the first room we were given was right next to the elevator, and the noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax. Thankfully, Expedia’s Virtual Assistant was incredibly helpful. They responded immediately and helped arrange for our room to be changed very quickly, which we really appreciated. The second room was much better, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay comfortably. A big thank you to Expedia for the excellent and efficient customer support.

The staff were all very friendly and helful. The hotel is well located, very quite place, well connected to bus stop (nearest metro statition 10 minutes by bus) ... Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Room basic but was clean with the essence. Ability to store your liggage after check out. Carpets and textile covering of upholstered furnuture need to be replaced as soon as possible! very outdated :-(
