Paolo, the owner is terrific. Yes, this is a small little place, but the AC was tremendous and kind of important in the summer in Italy. Twas very quiet and you cannot beat the location, for the main sqaure areas, of Bologna!

The rooms were reasonably small, but not too small, the breakfast was excellence as is the location

Clean modern hotel. Check in was quick and efficient with personal service although tech version available. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety including eggs cooked to order. Room comfortable.

Perfect location for the trains buses or the old town. Excellent spread for breakfast

Arrived before 2pm and our room was ready. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy, towels changed every day if you want them to be. We had a sea view room with shutters on the windows. Road isn’t loud, peaceful nights sleep. Shower room Is big clean and nice. Plenty of mirrors and that’s usual for hotel rooms. Aircon in the room. Breakfast has plenty of options hot/cold sweet and savoury. Coffee machine with nice coffee. We didn’t use the bar but all drinks options are available Pool is small but nice area. Hotel location is good with bus available just outside.
