Suite was great and staff very friendly. Spa facilities needed a bit of TLC and attention - the pool definitely needed a clean. However, overall stay good and the location was great.

Amazing stay here! I can’t say enough. When we walked through the door to the room, we were greeted with an incredible view from the 30th floor- floor to ceiling windows and the soft sounds of jazz music playing in the background. A great welcome! The place was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed and spacious shower. This is a vacation suite within the Sheraton North Tower property centrally located downtown within easy walking distance to some of Vancouver’s best destinations. There is also a Starbucks in the South Tower and a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great stay!

Lovely modern and very clean apartment in a great location for access to restaurants, shopping etc. It is fitted out with everything you need including an in unit washer dryer that was very handy after a few weeks travelling! The staff were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any of my inquiries. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

They assisted my son into finding a room that was paid for on Expedia and yet when he arrived there were no room available.

The location of this hotel is ideal. We stayed here for before going on our cruise. We used the Hop on Hop off bus to tour around town. It was next to the hotel. Perfect for hotel stay.
