Okay, the curtains weren't closing properly

Great service!

La habitación está an limpias pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente , y le salía mucho polvo de adentro

Very nice location in the old town, with access to Castelo San Jorge and restaurants. Would stay here again

PRO: Great location, close to best parts of Lisbon and near though not "on" a river as in Expedia description. Historic building with AC. Left treats each day, though 1st day items (nuts and cheese) were not fresh. CON: Trouble checking in as they had asked for my phone number but not specified using WhatsApp. Not all questions answered by Host. Room on "2nd floor" was actually on 3rd floor via 45 steps. MISSING DOOR HANDLE on the outside of the room, so to close it when leaving I had to reach inside a hole to pull it shut. Severe squeak in floor near bed, and area between bed and shelves at eye level less than 2 feet wide - dangerous having to shuffle by to access half of room. Door to shower room was partially blocked by furniture which I had to move to fully open, and shower itself was extremely narrow with its door opening in. All toiletries had to be replaced as pumps were not functional. Broken handle on toilet room door (loose with exposed screws). I was not provided a Do Not Disturb sign so the cleaners knocked loudly one day and then ENTERED MY ROOM on the last day before check out time.
