The Parkgate is the perfect place to get away from the world. The service is topnotch and the staff are always incredible and will always welcome you with a warm smile. The room service was aldo great and nothing was too much trouble. We had stayed in the Tower Suite and as always it was stunning, quiet and the perfect place to just quiet the mind. It has to be my most favorite room, not only because it's beautiful but it feels like a quiet secret getaway. Always a pleasure.

The hotel service and accommodation was good and perfect location but the spa was disappointed. The thermal spa (additional cost) was much smaller than expected. The changing room was narrow and chaotic, shared with shower door entrances. It was not relaxing. I would not recommend to use with an additional cost. The treatment was good though.

I had a great stay at The Parkgate Hotel! The property itself was really cool (the architecture, general vibe, etc.) and the continental breakfast was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. In addition, the surrounding area was really convenient for sightseeing and walking through downtown Cardiff.

Regularly stay at Parkgate as love hotel and decor. The bar is also stunning with some great quirky bands that usually provide a a great vibe I still find it really disappointing that a hotel of this standard charges for a pool and so extortionately.….i travel the globe and it still surprises me Breakfast is a good standard and staff are great
