A lovely place for a quick one night stay. Golf is available but i did not play. The check in is at the main hotel then its a 5 minute walk to the Manor House Hotel next door. The room was spacious enough with twin beds. The view from my window was not great. I just had a grass hill in front of me. I cannot review food as I did not eat in the evening but breakfast was very nice. There is parking on site with several different car parks. It cost me £12 to park overnight. The price for the room with breakfast was very reasonable and i would recommend staying here.

Booked Dinner in PAD Asian Restraunt as we really enjoy Asian food.On booking they were informed that my wife has Coeliac Disease, our waiter not informed that she had this allergy, she provided three choices of starter and three of main course and he would check with the chef, came back and advised non of the choices were suitable, but offered Squid as a starter and Sirlion Steak as a main course, but no sauce as this was not gluten free. Really disappointing as they promote themselves as a 5 star resort, at this point we got up and walked out, clearly they cannot cater for Coeliacs.

I went to a concert at the principality stadium and it was really nice to escape Cardiff at night for a peaceful luxurious stay. I really enjoyed the spa and a facial treatment in the morning - wish I could have stayed longer. Worth every penny

The hotel fitted me in very last minute which was much appreciated, however it meant pot luck with the room, which had a very hard mattress and plumbing issues (a gurgling sink and a bath which leaked to the room downstairs necessitating two repair men turning up at 10.30pm.) The air con couldn’t cope either, with the large number of guests on a humid night. So altogether a restless night. However the breakfast was plentiful and the staff get 10/10. They were fab.

Check in at the Celtic Manor was very efficient, pleasant, helpful staff. Use of the health facilities and restaurants in main hotel were excellent. Complicated access to the Manor House, room dated but ok for the price although fridge not really cooling anything, corridors hot and stuffy. Reception at the Manor poor, no facility to store bags without making the trek back to the main hotel. Staff had different attitude in this part of the hotel..

Generally good. A shame that parking overnight on site would have been £12. Sound insulation between rooms was poor as my room had a link door. Also breakfast could only be booked from 7:30 which is late on a weekday.

Beautiful Manor House at Celtic Manor

Stayed here as we were attending the Oasis gig in Cardiff. Friendly staff and although some parts of the hotel are a bit dated it is a beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
