Staff lovely. Room comfortable. Pillows however were obviously old and extremely lumpy. Which resulted in reduced sleep. Because of this may not stay again unless this situation is resolved.

A nice hotel with good facilities, but our stay was spoilt by the availability of breakfast - seated from 0800 but room service from 0700 was not honoured. And we had no hot water in our room throughout our stay - we were given access to an inferior room to shower/wash. A credit was arranged for these inconveniences.

Amazing spa and pool facilities. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. Only issue was it was a little noisy with the window seal gaps. Overall a lovely stay.
