There are a few bad reviews about the condition of the hotel and I think if you are that bothered about some lime scale in the bathroom (which isn’t bad at all and the tiniest amount) some used furniture again not bad at all then it’s not the hotel for you. Even when it’s most likely in better condition than most peoples homes. It was clean, it had great facilities in the room, staff 10/10 and I can’t fault it all specially when it comes down to price. It’s in a great location and being across from the arena is 10/10 if attending an event. I would definitely stay again

Terrible experience. Not recommended at all

Terrible experience. Only one lift working and it broken on the second day I had to leave my wife and kids at the lobby since one of the child is a 4 month old baby so I could carry our luggage from the fifth floor. Staff were not empathetic and did not offer any kind of help. Neither for me or other guests. We felt they were so embarrassed with the situation that they did not look to anyone Fire alarm was triggered at 10pm for almost 20min making my baby very agitated. Building maintenance seems to be quite outdated based on the scratched and peeling paint all over the place. Also, walls seems to be so thin that we could hear people from the other room Made a reservation for 4 and only 3 towels were provided. Requested a baby crib. Not provided. I had lucky of staying only for one night. It is very close to city centre which is the only good observation.

Booked a double room but got given a twin room, they offered to come and attach the beds to make it a double, however it was very rushed and sheets not put on the bed properly etc. Only one pillow, but other than that the stay was pleasant

Trip and you’re in the arena!

A few minor issues with shampoo bottle not dispensing and tv not getting service but the staff weren’t friendly and incredibly quick sorting the problems. Couldn’t ask for better service. A great lobby area where we met as a group to sit and chat when one room wasn’t big enough for us all. Would visit again. So handy for the arena. Literally across the road!
