Pickleball visit

Hotel is a little tired but spotlessly clean and very good for the price. Good central location to get to anything in the city centre, secure parking 5 mins walk away. Excellent restaurant downstairs which the hotel will get you a discount voucher for. Best part of the experience were the two receptionists we met who were helpful friendly and smiley- an absolute asset to the business!

The location is fantastic as it is located in main street and also close to the Cardiff Castle, and National Museum Cardiff. It is handy to go to resturants and also train stations.

A very nice family run hotel in Cardiff. Staff were excellent, very accomodating. Good size room/bathroom offering bathtub/shower, complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits also provided. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location, right in the centre of Cardiff, 20 min walk to Cardiff Bay which is recommended, a lovely area. Would definately return if we find ourselves in Cardiff!!!

Not a great stay.

This hotel is badly in need of a refit. The room I had was not very clean and very old tired furniture. Bathroom light a horrible industrial stark light whilst the room lights were very dark. Very shabby and would look great after a refit

It is an old hotel but you can find it is clean with excellent staffs. The staffs like the hotel and put a lot effort to keep it great. Even it is old and the condition is not so good, it is good to stay.

Perfect Hotel in perfect location

Stayed here for 1 night so I could attend an Alice Cooper concert. The hotel was ideally located in the city centre, close to shops, bars and restaurants and a short walk from the concert venue. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, clean and tidy. Most importantly it had a kettle with tea and coffee. I will definitely stay here again when i return to Cardiff
