Lovely big room, well furnished with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view down the valley to the sea. The location is walkable to the main square with restaurants, exclusive shopping and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and dining inside or outside on the garden patio.

We booked a room last minute to stay in Capri for one night and we are glad we did. We have traveled to many places and have stayed in many different hotels and can say this was definitely one of our top stays. We appreciate the staff, they acknowledged our anniversary celebration and we are grateful. The room was in excellent condition as far as cleaned. The decoration was beautiful. Breakfast had many options. We definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a nice place to stay because is close to the Capri center which is good because you can commute to any other place from there, such as restaurants, the most important stores in Capri and also there is a bus stop to go to Anacapri just 3min walking. The hotel was clean and the service really good. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, with a special thanks to Jamaica for arranging our transportion, and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours! Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Our stay was flawless; however, the steep stairway to access the hotel was a minor inconvenience.
