I had issues with food and room charges when I went to the front desk they said they were not part of the restaurant so I would have to discuss the issue with them. Which I did the restaurant staff were excellent and did resolve the issue. However when I checked out the front desk said there were not additional charges and they would email the receipt. I never received the receipt I attempted on numerous times to contact the hotel since they did however charge my credit card $300 plus!! The hotel never responded to ANY of my requests for my final invoice so why did they charge my card, and why did they charged my card when I was told I had no charges due!!! Extremely disappointed this was my 2nd stay I will never stay with them again I am appalled with management! On my first stay I had one robe in my room on check in- I notified the front desk they said I would not be charged however they did charge my card $ 80.00 two months later and they never resolved that issue either! After numerous emails!!!!

I really enjoyed the Seasons bar (nice menu and dinner, Jeff was great) and the quiet pool.

The staff, in particular a wonderful staffer named Sean, was over the top in his kindness, helpfullness, and was a model in Front Desk manners and greeting. The manger was also polite and professional. The breakfast buffet at this Holiday Inn Express was very good. They manged to provide for all types of guests breakfast demands and needs. The pool looked inviting and the gym was good and functional, though a bit too cold. The cleaning services were thorough and very good. Tje only issues we had were the carpeting in the bedroom showed signs of wear and was musty and looked dirty. The AC worked very well, but leaves the room musty, stuffy, and smelling moldy. We had our hand fans that we ran throughout the night to keep the air circulating. This is also a great place for writers to come study people and guests. There are characters that certainly would be great included in stories. We travel a lot and for some reason this hotel has some very interesting guests.
