Cancun South Vacation Packages

It took 40 minutes to check in and a long time to check out. We were only approached by pool staff the last day for beverages and was ignored all other days. They ran out of towels for pool. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels or basic amenities in the room and we had to call to request things. The hotel itself was nice but there could be improvements made with efficiencies.

The property is beautiful. Included breakfast was delicious. Staff was very nice. Access to beach was a plus. Room was clean.

I had a wonderful stay the accommodations and restaurant's were wonderful and pleasant staff

Couldn’t get reservations for dinner at any of the restaurants even though we paid for an all inclusive package. Half the restaurants were closed. Short of staff. Manager at front desk was rude and not helpful at all. No ice machines available in 4 out of the 6 buildings. Telephone in room didn’t work and even though they kept telling me someone would come to fix it, no one showed up. Nightly entertainment is the same that they’ve had for years. They need to get new acts. I’ve been going to this hotel for 13 years and it has declined terribly over the last 3 years. Will not be going back ever again
