From the moment we checked in, we loved our time here. The staff were warm and welcoming, the pool and hot tub were great after a day full of walking, and the room was clean, and spacious. We had a great view of the city. There was a restaurant on site as well with breakfast available for which we were able to get a discount for. The hotel is well within walking distance of the falls, with many dining options nearby as well. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel was very spa-like. From the soothing, fresh scent in the lobby and rooms, to the Scandinavian designs throughout the property, One Hotels exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip into Toronto.

Was a very clean room. Staff were very friendly. Bar tenders in the lobby bar are excellent at what they do. Definitely would stay again. The path is very convenient being located right in the building.

The owners need to to replace the missing blind in the Bernard Shaw room. The house next door has a very bright light on the corner of their house that shines in the bedroom. It is very hard to fall asleep with the bedroom being so bright. No, I’m not taking about the lighted tennis courts but it would help with that lighting also. Other than that everything was perfect and Yvonne is the best!
