I booked a 2BR suite with an ocean view. Room 25 is pool level and I would call this a partial ocean view at best. It's next to the restaurant's kitchen. The pool cannot be accessed during the restaurant's dinner hours as you would be swimming in front of diners which is weird. There is no view to the ocean from the pool as they have lounge chairs blocking the view. The Gardner accidentally sprayed water on my laptop in my room because he was watering the plants and the water came into the room,. We spent a total of 3 hours at this hotel and I was out 450.00.

Could use daily made service however when they were needed, they appeared quickly. Could use some help with the luggage or newer/better luggage cards.

Understaffed, particularly the day of check.
