I've stayed here several times now and gave always had an excellent experience. The staff are cheerful and welcoming, the check-in quick and smooth. The apartments are spacious with a well-appointed kitchenette, marvellous bathroom, comfortable bed and in the bedroom/living area chairs and a table to work - or eat - at. Plenty of storeage area too. The whole apartment is clean and bright.

The location was quiet and nice. I could easily walk to downtown Caen in about 15 minutes. There's also a nearby bus stop for those that prefer not to walk. Transportation around Caen is excellent (better than in any US city except maybe NYC). There's a very nearby mini-mart, bakery (do note that their baked goods are delivered, so I recommend walking to a real bakery instead!), and pharmacy. The front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. The mini-kitchen is a little smaller than I would have liked, but I still did plenty of cooking during my two and half week stay. The entrance to the hotel is a little tricky to find since it is behind a gated parking lot. I was on foot so had no issues.

The breakfast could be better - it was a bit basic for the price (10 Euros per person per night). However, the location is superb; quiet, safe, and 10 mins walk from the historic centre and the port with all the cafes, restaurants, etc. Very clean, comfortable room, for a very good price. The staff were very polite and helpful. Recommended.
