"Very convenient "
We checked in late in the evening and had to check in for our flight next morning so this was a perfect solution to the dilemma of where to stay for the night. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows - the remote to turn lights on and off, open and close the window blind worked well on a small screen beside the bed. There was room for our suitcases but not much more. The bathroom was small but clean and modern with a great shower - the only negative is the whole bathroom is the shower so the floor gets wet and stays wet. I put a towel down and it wasn't a problem.i highly recommend the Bloc Hotel for comfort and convenience!

"Worth considering"
Lovely stay, very nice staff throughout. Our email through the booking agent didn't reach them to say it was our anniversary but Rui made up for it with a bottle of wine, thank you very much. Nice rooms ( could do with a fridge for the price though ) , very clean. Lovely breakfast although a little slow to replenish the hot items meant long ques or frequent trips. The dining area needed a decent clean but this is really nit picking. The bar area was very nice and relaxed, the atmosphere was chilled and the hotel in general was very nice. It's not far from the bulk of the shops and close enough to walk to just about anywhere. The car park opposite sounded like too much hassle in laying in advance then paying the following day. We used the trafalger street car park a couple of streets away which was a similar price. For two days including a trip out to the marina it cost around £30 but it's a very busy town centre so what do you expect? We would stay there again, not the cheapest but the overall service and feel of the hotel was worth it.

"A great hotel, but so warm."
We have stayed in this hotel several times and love it. The staff are great, the rooms are very comfortable and huge. The en suite facilities are spaciousvwith such a powerful shower. The only thing that stops me giving it 5 Stars is the heat in the rooms. You cannot open the windows and the air conditioning is poor. We have mentioned this every time we have stayed here, without any reasonable explanation about why the AC doesn't work. They have supplied a fan which does help, a bit, but on a normal summers day/night it can get hot and uncomfortable in the room.

"Disappointing"
We had 9 rooms booked in total and were staying for a private dinner at the hotel that evening for 30 people. My booking through Expedia could not be found for 45 very anxious minutes. Not good enough when you are paying over £350 for a room. No check in until 3pm, unless you pay for early checkin. The hotel had run out of 3 types of champagne (wanted 5 bottles for a toast) They expected a dinner in a private room starting at 7 30 to have been finished by 10pm, although they did allow us to stay later. My room had broken lamp balanced against a wall, broken iron, no mirror in the room for hair or makeup, and gripper rod pins sticking up through carpet. Slow and awkward reception system

Burgess Hill is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Burgess Hill, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Burgess Hill hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
